HOPE AFTER POLYGAMY SCHOLARSHIP

The HOPE Scholarship is an exciting and challenging NEW program that provides the opportunity for those who have left a polygamous family or group to obtain a GED or higher education at any regionally accredited college, university, or trade-school in the United States, with support throughout their educational journey.

The HOPE Scholarship program offers resources, encouragement, and inspiration far beyond the financial assistance needed to obtain an education. Our goal is to help each HOPE Scholar obtain an education and ultimately become independent, actively engaged in their community, and successful in a rewarding career.

The HOPE Scholarship is a comprehensive scholarship that pays toward the costs of tuition and fees, room and board, books and supplies, and miscellaneous educational expenses. HOPE Scholarships will be granted at the sole and absolute discretion of Hope After Polygamy.  HOPE Scholarships will be awarded based upon merit and available funding resources. 

QUALIFICATIONS

To qualify for the HOPE Scholarship, students must satisfy the following at the time of the application:

• Born or married into a polygamous group or family
• Left a polygamous group or family
• Be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States
